SUMMARY:Aymbil Oli
DESCRIPTION:Ayambil Oli is a festival of 9 days celebrating and paying homage to the Navpad (The Navpad are also found in the Navkar Mantra). It falls between the 7th day of the lunar month to the full moon day of the Chaitra and Ashwina months. \nNava means nine in Sanskrit and Prakrit languages and Pada means post. Hence the word Navapada (That is generally spelled in English as Navpad) means nine supreme posts of the universe. These nine are Arihant\, Siddha\, Acharya\, Upadhyaya\, Sadhu\, Samyak Darshan\, Samyak Gnan\, Samyak Charitra and Samyak Tapa. \nNavapad is also called Siddha Chakra. This is a Yantra in circular shape in that Siddha is placed on the top. Arihant is placed in the center and Acharya at the right side of Arihant. Upadhyaya is placed in the lower side and Sadhu in the left side of Arihant. Samyag Darshan\, Samyag Gyan\, Samyag Charitra and Samyag Tapa are placed in four corners starting from upper right corner and then moving clock wise. \nThe Navpad and Siddha Chakra are worshipped during the festival.

In the present circumstances\, we cannot justify bi-annual uchhavani\, i.e.\, this year the labharthi gets one year’s (2021’s) labh only.\nDhajaa Badli Uchhavani\nWe have in total 8 uchhavanis\, 5 for Bhagwan and 3 for Veer. The uchhavanis will be for: \nBHAGWAN\nMul Nayak\, Mahavir Swami\nAdinath Bhagwan\nParswanath Bhagwan\nMunisuwrat Swami\nSimandhar Swami \nVEER\nMani Bhadra Veer\nGhantakaran Veer\nNakoda Bhairav \nWe will follow the uchhavani process similar to the one we had during Paryushan 2020 for Swapna Uchhavani.\nUchhavani will be done through WhatsApp message (details below). All labharthis will send their bids (uchhavani amount) via WhatsApp. They have to provide: their full names\, their phone number\, Uchhavani for which Dhajaa and the amount\, e.g.\nNAME Phone Number Dhajaa Amount\nA Shah and family 012 3456 7890 Mahavir Swami £ 2\,502.00 \nOnce a bid is received\, a confirmation will be sent to the labharthi. If more than 2 bids are received\, all of the labharthis will be advised to take appropriate action. We will publish the highest bid on WhatsApp as received. This will allow any potential labharthi to take part in the uchhavani or any losing labharthi to increase their uchhavani amount. The bidding messages will be accepted from 21st June 2021. Bidding will be finalised and names of the successful labharthis will be announced on 4th July 2021 during live programme. DESCRIPTION:Ayambil Oli is a festival of 9 days celebrating and paying homage to the Navpad (The Navpad are also found in the Navkar Mantra). It falls between the 7th day of the lunar month to the full moon day of the Chaitra and Ashwina months. \nNava means nine in Sanskrit and Prakrit languages and Pada means post. Hence the word Navapada (That is generally spelled in English as Navpad) means nine supreme posts of the universe. These nine are Arihant\, Siddha\, Acharya\, Upadhyaya\, Sadhu\, Samyak Darshan\, Samyak Gnan\, Samyak Charitra and Samyak Tapa. \nNavapad is also called Siddha Chakra. This is a Yantra in circular shape in that Siddha is placed on the top. Arihant is placed in the center and Acharya at the right side of Arihant. Upadhyaya is placed in the lower side and Sadhu in the left side of Arihant. Samyag Darshan\, Samyag Gyan\, Samyag Charitra and Samyag Tapa are placed in four corners starting from upper right corner and then moving clock wise. \nThe Navpad and Siddha Chakra are worshipped during the festival. \n—————————————- \nઆસો માસની શાશ્વતી ઓળી \nઆસો સુદ – ૭ થી આસો સુદ – ૧૫ (૨૩ ઓક્ટોબર ૨૦૨૦ – ૩૧ ઓક્ટોબર ૨૦૨૦) \nહાલના સંજોગોને લીધે ઓનલાઇનનો સહારો લેવો પડે છે. મહાવીર ફોઉન્ડેશનને ઓળી દરમ્યાન નીચે મુજબ કાર્યક્રમ ગોઠવીયા છે. \nમુનિરાજ શ્રી જયપ્રભ વિજયજી મ.સા ( J.P. DESCRIPTION:Chha Gaau Bhaav Yatra & Paal \nIn the history of Mahavir Foundation for the first time\, we are arranging a Chha Gaau Bhaav Yatra. \nFollowing the success of Kartiki Poonam Bhaav Yatra\, we will have bhaav yatra of Chha Gaav. \nOn 7th March 2020 @ 12:30pm\, we will have bhaav yatra of Chha Gaav\, in 555 Kenton Road (our building next to Derasar). Saurabhbhai will conduct the yatra with Mukeshbhai supporting with sangeet. The beauty of this time’s occasion is that we are going to have similar “mahol” as we would experience on Fagun Sud 13 in Palitana. We are having “Paals (food stalls)”! I am sure some of you have been to Chha Gaav yatra or have heard of it. The Paals will be setup in the Garden of our Derasar. \nLet us all bring reality to Kenton Derasar. \nYou can have a paal (food stall) and bring in food for the yatris. Please register with Mukeshbhai @ Derasar for booking a paal (food stall). Paal arrangements and menu will be advised in the coming days – Watch this space! \nThe nakro for attendance is £1 (above 3 years of age). This is for managing the attendance and preparation of menu for the Paals. Please collect your tokens from Mukeshbhai @ Derasar.
