18 Abhishek

18 Abhishek is a sacred and spiritually uplifting Jain ritual in which the divine image of Tirthankar Bhagwan is ceremonially worshipped through eighteen auspicious Abhisheks.

Each Abhishek is performed with deep devotion, purity and reverence, accompanied by sacred mantras and religious rituals. The ceremony provides devotees with an opportunity to connect with Bhagwan, reflect upon the virtues of the Tirthankars and strengthen their journey towards spiritual purification.

The 18 Abhishek ceremony creates a deeply devotional atmosphere, bringing together members of the Sangh in collective worship and bhakti. Participating in or witnessing the Abhishek inspires feelings of faith, humility and inner peace.

At Mahavir Foundation, 18 Abhishek is organised on auspicious occasions and during important religious celebrations. Members of the Sangh come together to participate in this sacred ceremony and experience the joy of Prabhu Bhakti.

Through such religious activities, Mahavir Foundation continues its commitment to preserving Jain traditions, encouraging spiritual awareness and passing the values of Jain Dharma to future generations.

May the divine presence of Tirthankar Bhagwan inspire us to follow the path of Samyak Darshan, Samyak Gyan and Samyak Charitra.

17 Bhedi Puja

17 Bhedi Puja is a beautiful and deeply devotional Jain Puja performed with reverence towards the sacred Bhedis and the divine presence of Bhagwan, Dev and Devi within the Derasar.

The Puja is an expression of devotion, gratitude and spiritual connection. Through sacred mantras, rituals, music and bhakti, devotees offer their reverence and contemplate the qualities represented by each sacred Bhedi.

At Mahavir Foundation, 17 Bhedi Puja holds a special place in our religious celebrations, particularly during important occasions such as our Pratishtha and Dhwaja Mahotsav. The entire Sangh comes together in a spiritually uplifting atmosphere filled with devotion, music and Prabhu Bhakti.

The Puja also reminds us that a Derasar is more than a place of worship. Every Bhedi and every sacred presence contributes to the spiritual environment of the Jin Mandir and inspires devotees towards faith, discipline and the principles of Jain Dharma.

By organising 17 Bhedi Puja, Mahavir Foundation seeks to preserve our rich religious traditions and provide opportunities for children, youth and families to experience the beauty and depth of Jain worship.

May the blessings and inspiration of our Tirthankar Bhagwants, Dev and Devi guide us towards peace, spiritual progress and the path of liberation
